The Brief:

Crépe Erase needed an impactful product experience and client event for their field team and customers to successfully adopt their products. The goal was simple, to boost the unique selling proposition and claims messaging leading to product sales in specialty retail and online. This was a customer facing CPG education opportunity to spotlight the brands technology and effectiveness.

The Goods:

We co-created a traffic stopper, product way finder with USP Solutions, takeaway pamphlet and traffic stopper, product one sheets, and training deck to train the field team. Additionally I consulted on a gift with purchase and event strategy to immerse customers at point of sale. All assets highlighted the brand, hero products and ingredients, and leveraged claims.

The Result:

The low risk, high reward brand activation brought new attention to the brand and enticed a new youthful demographic to buy a brand that traditionally skewed to an aging demographic. Store visits were invigorated with new energy through interactive tools introduced on the sales floor to convert customers. The brand reported the highest engagement, sales and executive team accolades of the year.
