The Brief:

MONAT Global was set to launch their skincare category with the addition of a new category to add to their ever-growing empire of beauty products. As a brand founded in haircare authority, skincare was a natural next step in their evolution and as experts in both skincare as a category and direct-selling as a sales model, the partnership was a natural fit. I was hired to spearhead training alongside all marketing content.

The Goods:

Together with the in-house team at MONAT, we successfully delivered the skincare origin story script and storyboard, selling demonstrations, product information sell sheets, training manual, online regimen chooser and in-person sales tool (in partnership with USP Solutions), product and regimen “how-to” video scripts and storyboards plus four presentations for the live launch to 8000+ distributors in an arena setting.

The Result:

Within the first two hours of launch the skincare products had reached $1.5MM in incremental sales. MONAT Global earned a spot as one of “America’s Fastest-growing Private Companies” by Inc. Magazine landing on the Inc. 5000 list for the first time. Plus we won two gold Davey awards for Integrated Campaign- Promotional & Branding and Experiential & Immersive- Live Events.
