The Brief:

As veteran direct sales CEO Rick Heath gained momentum after a freshman year, TrūAura - a clean-beauty brand - launched their debut conference where the field team of founding members and their growing teams could convene. Everyone came together for a weekend conference to learn me as the keynote speaker and panel moderator on topics ranging from sales, recruiting and building a team, sponsoring, and leadership.

The Goods:

I created a full onboarding experience complete with online learning, a onboarding workbook titled “Getting started” with checklist, goal setting and planning worksheets. Then, I brought it to life in a three day conference focused on live panels, group activities, immersive experiences and curated training content to set the brand and it’s original group of field consultants up with long-term success habits.

The Result:

I worked with the CEO to set the standard and foundational principles for training and sales operations for many years to come. There was an incredible outpouring of gratitude from both the Field and Executive team on the program and business continues to show healthy growth. While I’m usually behind the scenes, this front of house 3 day marathon of on stage facilitation as emcee was entertaining while focusing on results.
